THE ARTIST

I have had a passion for the arts for as long as I can remember. As I've continuously worked towards growing individually as an artist, I've working equally as hard to capture and intrigue the art community. My creations started primarily for myself but has been well received by buyers and critics alike.

I gather much of my inspiration from the environment, cultures around the world, and occasionally fellow artists. Inspiration for me has come from anything and everything, from a morning hike through a forest, to a simple chat with a friend after class. This has been the foundation of which I have had the privilege to not only provide viewers with a new perspective, but also seen their own world through my eyes, and promote pride through recognition.

My mediums include oil pastel and charcoal currently, but just like in life, art has taught me to adapt and accept challenges as they come. So I'm open to the use of different mediums as well. My current canvas base is recycled cardboard promoting the importance of sustainability and functionality of art. Making beauty out of the worlds trash makes me feel like l'm doing my part in re-beautifying our planet.
